چکیده
Abstract Face-to-face clinical simulation has been a powerful methodology for teaching, learning, and research, positioned itself in health science education. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing forced universities abandon centers make use of alternatives that allow continuation educational programs safely students teachers through virtual environments such as distance simulation. In Latin America, before non-presential was very limited anecdotal. This article three main objectives: establish efficacy online-synchronized learning performance medical on management patients with American countries, determine quality online debriefing from students’ perspective, deepen understanding how is generated this methodology.
